Grounded in place and community, the exhibition reflects growing confidence and experimentation among regional artists, offering an intimate encounter with making as a meditative act and a source of connection, wellbeing and shared strength. Artist: Moree Arts Community Centre Biography: The Moree Arts Community Centre (MACCI) supports inclusive, community-led creative practice across ceramics, weaving, installation and mixed media. MACCI works closely with Kamilaroi/Gamilaroi artists, whose cultural knowledge enriches the region’s creative life. MACCI provides hands-on art programs that nurture personal growth, confidence, intergenerational learning and community wellbeing.
