Playground - Kirkby Park

Step into Kirkby Park—affectionately dubbed "Rocket Park" by locals— the original 1972 steel rocket, preserved as a historical landmark despite being decommissioned in the 1990s. The southern end showcases the heritage-listed Moree Band Rotunda, still used by one of Australia's oldest community bands, established in 1885 and serving continuously since.
